Nature, Learning, and Softball...A Class of 2025 Senior Story

Capturing the Future: A Senior Photo Session in Loudon, TN

I had the privilege of photographing a vibrant and ambitious high school senior from the Class of 2025. This memorable session took place in three unique locations around Loudon, TN: Loudon Municipal Park, Lenoir City Public Library, and the Lenoir City High School Girls Softball field. Each site not only highlighted her beauty but also showcased her interests and personality as she stands on the brink of an exciting new chapter.

Loudon Municipal Park

We began our journey at Loudon Municipal Park, a lovely green space filled with the beauty of God's creation. Surrounded by lush trees and a quiet stream, it was the perfect backdrop for capturing her love of the outdoors juxtaposed with her elegance. As she twirled in her dress, the soft light cast a warm glow, reflecting her personality and beauty as well as playful spirit. The park settings allowed us to infuse some fun into the session, as we took candid shots of her enjoying nature and reflecting on this season of her life coming to an end as she prepares to step into a new chapter of life at Bryan College.

Lenoir City Public Library

Next, we visited the Lenoir City Public Library, a place that perfectly symbolizes M’s love of reading and her passion for learning and growth. Posing among the bookshelves where she spent much of her time during high school, M seemed to reflect on the many hours she spent there. This location not only emphasized her academic interests but also showcased her aspiration to thrive in her upcoming college experience. The library's quiet ambiance allowed for intimate portraits, capturing the essence of a lovely young woman ready to take on new challenges.

Lenoir City High School Girls Softball Field

Our final stop was the Lenoir City High School Girls Softball field, where M’s love for softball shone brightly. As a pitcher for the Lenoir City High School team, she spent many hours on the field and in the dugout. Wearing her cap and gown while holding her glove she reflected on this significant part of her life. The softball diamond, a place that represents teamwork, friendship, and perseverance, holds a treasure trove of memories and we captured some of that nostalgia for M to look back on. 

Embracing New Beginnings

These memorable images reflect this exciting chapter in her life as her high school career comes to a close. Each location tells a story, encapsulating the experiences that have shaped her into the remarkable young woman she is today. As she prepares to embark on her collegiate journey, balancing academics and continuing her softball career, these photographs will serve as a cherished reminder of her achievements and the bright future ahead.

With every click of the shutter, we captured not just her beauty, but her essence—an adventurer ready to embrace new beginnings. Here’s to the Class of 2025 and all the passionate pursuits that await!
